Maxwell Development & Construction owner, Cody Maxwell, is a successful business owner with multiple businesses in construction, real estate and automotive repair dealerships who started from the ground up. He has extensive knowledge in business and multi-project tasking as he has worked with multiple big oil and construction companies which allowed him to develop his unique style for managing and developing. Aside from business management, he is passionate about helping people reach their full potential, which is why so many people love working with our team. Today, Cody attributes the success of his business to his employees, his wife and his consistent work ethic.
Amanda Maxwell
Owner & Project Manager
Amanda takes care of Maxwell Development & Construction homeowners. She has always been passionate about taking care of people and creating a positive experience all around. Amanda tracks and organizes the selections along the way by helping the customer with what could be an overwhelming process and making it easy and enjoyable. Amanda is dually a licensed Colorado real estate agent, which gives her an edge to help find land for future build opportunities, assist customers to buy/sell their current homes, and creates plans for each of her customer’s future home goals.
When Amanda and Cody are not working, they enjoy spending time with their four kids and watching them play sports, sidexsiding, and spending time in the mountains.
